Welcome to Webcrafters. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including web design and development, ad campaigns (Facebook/Google), and social media management. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Webcrafters provides professional web design and development, digital advertising campaigns, and social media management. The scope, timeline, and costs of services will be detailed in a separate agreement or proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals required for project completion.
• Ensure that any content provided does not infringe on any copyrights or intellectual property rights.
• Maintain necessary third-party accounts (e.g., hosting, domain registration, ad accounts) if required for service execution.

4. Payments and Fees

• Clients must pay agreed-upon fees as per the invoice terms.
• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Late payments may incur additional charges.
• All fees are non-refundable once the project reaches an agreed-upon milestone.

5. Revisions and Modifications

• Webcrafters allows a limited number of revisions as specified in the project agreement.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. (depends)
• Webcrafters retains the right to use project materials for promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any proprietary or confidential information shared during the project confidential.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• If the client terminates before completion, fees for work done up to that point remain payable.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Webcrafters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.
• We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions (e.g., hosting providers, ad platforms).

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Amendments

Webcrafters reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
